Admitted candidates who are fully or partially sponsored by their companies will not be eligible for scholarships.

Although admission to the program is deferrable, scholarships are not. 

Are you a female manager in a company or a non-profit organization? Have you been a successful professional for at least 10 years?

The magazine SZ PLAN W - Frauen verändern Wirtschaft and IESE Business School will be granting a scholarship to one outstanding female candidate for the IESE Program for Managememt Development (PMD) course to be held in 2016. This scholarship covers 100% of the program’s tuition fees and is open to female leaders whose current role has an impact on global business and/or society.

Take this chance to hone your leadership skills and get a fresh update on the latest business trends. Our 6-month modular executive education program PMD Munich-Barcelona will help you take the next big step, from middle management, right to the top.

The PMD Munich-Barcelona is an intensive and holistic program, specifically designed to give executives the knowledge and skills they need to maximize their professional and personal effectiveness. Participants should be fluent in English for business purposes and be willing to share their experiences and knowledge with their peers.

Applicants must be eligible for the IESE PMD Munich-Barcelona Program. On admission, all candidates are invited to apply for the scholarship.

Application Process

A CV (covering at least 10 years of professional experience including a current or very recent executive position in middle management)

A letter of motivation with a personal perspective on the future as an executive (1 page)

A short letter of recommendation from the applicant’s supervisor or an equivalent executive

Confirmation that the participant will be granted leave for the duration of the program

Applications must be submitted in written form via email and should contain the following documents:

A committee – which consists of IESE representatives and IESE alumni will assess the suitability of the candidate for the scholarship.
